As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at our store. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at California Thrift Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

No Returns or Exchanges

Given the unique nature of our inventory, all sales at California Thrift Store are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items sold. We understand that buying thrift and vintage items requires trust, and we go to great lengths to ensure the quality and accuracy of the products we list.

Product Descriptions and Conditions

Each item is described and photographed with care and precision. We provide detailed descriptions and images to give you a clear understanding of the item’s condition. If you have any questions about a specific item, we encourage you to contact us before making your purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, kindly note that issues arising post-purchase due to misuse, wear and tear, or damage are not covered under any form of warranty.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
